Duane Sachs, Chief Corporate Development Officer

Duane Sachs is Chief Corporate Development Officer, and a member of the company's senior leadership team. In this role, he is responsible for the creation and execution of the company's worldwide merger and acquisition strategy and global strategic planning - with a focus on the development of strategic growth plans.

Prior to joining Carestream Health, Mr. Sachs served as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Banc of America Securities. In his nine years with Banc of America Securities, Mr. Sachs focused exclusively on providing strategic and financial advice to leading healthcare companies.

Mr. Sachs previously was an Associate with Peter J. Solomon Company, a merger and acquisition advisory boutique. With nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking, he has executed more than $60 billion of debt, equity and merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Sachs holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
